Cancel

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.

Return (if any)

We accept product returns. The customer has the right to request a refund within 14 days of delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the correct address.

Note

Custom or personalized order items are not eligible for a 14-day refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer must bear the shipping charges. The specific fee should be based on the courier company you choose.

If, for our reason, the goods received are damaged or not in the correct model, the consumer will not have to bear the shipping charges for this reason.

Consumers do not have to pay restocking fees when returning products.;


Refund (if any)

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you notification of receipt via email. We will also notify you of approval or denial of your refund. If you're approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if any)

If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at jennifer@adoebike.com.
